Seaweed accumulation was overwhelming and needs more frequent raking!!! More water and coffee supplied per day would make a significant difference in guest convenience!!! Lower drink prices could enhance the social atmosphere.

With a family-friendly atmosphere, the service exceeds expectations, featuring staff who genuinely care, providing toys for the sand and even washing my baby's cup. The room boasts a king-size bed and a refreshing plunge pool, while the exquisite dinner options like lobster ceviche at the on-site restaurant elevate the stay. Peacefully clean with no bugs in sight, this destination is truly a relaxing getaway for families.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the beach access, in-room plunge pool, and free wi-fi. The staff even helped me find places with good exchange rates on my first stay. I highly recommend visiting!

The Suite Ocean View was spacious and offered breathtaking views every morning. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, especially with the delightful breakfast spread. However, the beach access was marred by seaweed buildup, so plan for alternative ocean activities!

Loved the welcome cocktails and little touches like good morning messages in the sand. Beach access with comfortable sun loungers made it relaxing.

My stay in the Suite Jungle View at Tago Tulum was nothing short of good. The private pool and attentive staff made it a special getaway. Minor power outages occurred, but the fantastic accommodations and atmosphere overshadowed this. I can't recommend it enough!

I really enjoyed the close proximity to Paradise Beach, just a short stroll away, and the outstanding restaurants right around the corner made every meal a delight, especially the delicious breakfast options available in several settings throughout the hotel.
